"The First Walk"
This past weekend the bells were ringing in VT (figuratively). At Sara's grandparents mountainside house, she and a great friend Ben joined as one in a gorgeous wedding that could never be forgotten. The two were nothing but smiles filled with joy and compassion. This photo is taken as they left the ceremonial area that was filled with their closest friends and family who too were radiantly smiling at the event. Congrats Ben and Sara and may you have long lives together as beautiful, fun and warm as your wedding was on Saturday 9/10/11. (Good date selection)

The wedding was breathtaking! I can see them just skipping and dancing up the hill together again in this photo!!!
ReplyDeleteRegarding the pictures themselves, the top one is quite dark and the bottom very light. I wonder if this would be best with muted colors or one highlighted color or something fancy like that!
I think you captured a great moment but the photos are a bit so-so to my eye. I like the frame of the first one.. Closer up but I wish there was a bit more brightness to it. It is such a happy moment but the dark contrast gives it a sadder feel to it for me. I do like the bottom one a bit more but I wish it was a bit closer up. Still great work and a great moment!
ReplyDeleteI like the framing in the top photo and the contrast of the second one. I think the contrast brings out the people more (and their shadows). Im not sure what it is I like about the framing. It's almost like having the people be a smaller part of the image somehow highlights them even more.
